Solvent Based Acrylic Sealer
MarbleCrete Mix Diamond Seal is formulated with acrydite resins which are extremely high in chemical resistance and also have an extreme hardness. In fact they are within four points of plate glass hardness. Diamond Seal has a tack free drying time of 7 minutes; weight per gallon at 60 degrees F is 7.28 lbs. The resins are non-yellowing; they are as transparent as water and are cut with a combination of hydrocarbon solvents which insure a good penetration into the surface. The resins are extremely resistant to ultraviolet rays and over a long period of time will show absolutely no discoloration and will not amber, even under exposure to the sun with exterior applications, regardless of the colors in the matrix in either white or gray cement.
MarbleCrete Mix Diamond Seal does not apply a surface coating, but is a complete penetrating process in which it penetrates the matrix, marble, tile or any masonry surface to insure a thorough and complete seal, making the surface impervious to stains of oils, greases, water, acids, or practically any other type of common chemical discoloration.
MarbleCrete Mix Diamond Seal is the only clear resin sealer that permits a permanent application without discoloration and will intensify color and natural beauty of MarbleCrete, stone, terrazzo and masonry surfaces. Diamond Seal penetrates into pores and increases density and durability, keeping dirt and moisture on top of surface so they are easily cleaned. Tests indicate Diamond Seal has better anti-slip properties than most other sealers.

DIRECTIONS:
- Clean surface with MarbleCrete Mix Clean’Brite, rinse surface thoroughly and allow to dry completely. When renovating an old surface, strip surface with MarbleCrete Mix Stripper, then wash with Clean’Brite. Rinse surface thoroughly and allow to dry completely.
- Stir Diamond Seal well.
- Apply Diamond Seal to clean dried area using a lambs wool applicator, natural brush, low-pressure garden type sprayer or airless sprayer. Mop or rollers are NOT recommended. (We recommend test applications on expendable surfaces before applying to a final project)
- Diamond Seal is a VERY quick drying sealer. Apply seal in one direction only. Avoid overlapping. Do not go back over seal just applied as it will re-dissolve original seal, causing gumming or streaking.
- Let Diamond Seal penetrate and dry thoroughly (normally 3-4 hours) before exposing to use.
- If a second coat is desired it’s best to allow first coat to dry for approximately 24 hours.
- Clean tools, applicators and spray equipment with MarbleCrete Mix Diamond Seal Reducer.
Coverage: 300 to 600 square feet per gallon, depending on porosity of surface material.
WHAT TO WATCH FOR: MarbleCrete Mix Diamond Seal is FLAMMABLE. Keep away from heat and open flame. Keep container closed. Stir thoroughly and apply only to completely dry surfaces. This product is not to be used where hydrostatic conditions are present. If applied to a damp surface, seal will dry cloudy and may take from two to three weeks for cloudiness to disappear, if at all. Use with adequate ventilation and avoid prolonged breathing or skin contact.
MarbleCrete Mix Diamond Seal is a solvent based sealer. It is not to be applied in the vicinity of food items. It is recommended to allow at least 24 hours of drying time before exposing finished projects to areas with food, or food preparation areas.

DIAMOND COAT
Penetrating Acrylic Sealer
MarbleCrete Diamond Coat is a high gloss finish and sealer that can be used on MarbleCrete, terrazzo, magnesite, marble, slate, tile, brick, cement and any type of concrete. Diamond Cote is an excellent sealer by itself and a perfect base coat for MarbleCrete Mix ‘Diamond Seal’, when sealing porous clay type tiles.
MarbleCrete Diamond Coat penetrates the surface and becomes an integral part of the floor. We have eliminated all solvents that are harmful to our environment and by eliminating these solvents we have produced a safer and long lasting protection for your project.
MarbleCrete Diamond Coat absorbs and dries quickly, and will leave a glossy clear finish. Diamond Cote is a "NON" flammable water base acrylic sealer and no special handling is required, however it should be protected from freezing and used in temperatures above 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Diamond Cote has a PH of 8-9, solids of 21%, drying time of 60 minutes and coverage of 600-900 square feet per gallon.

Clean surface with MarbleCrete Clean'Brite, rinse surface thoroughly and allow to dry. When renovating an old surface, strip surface with MarbleCrete Stripper and then clean surface with Clean'Brite. Rinse surface thoroughly and allow to dry.
Application can be done by mop, roller or brush. But lambs wool applicator is "highly recommended". If a second coat is wanted it is preferable to allow 24 hours to dry before applying the second coat.
